Since 1991, Relief has been supporting individuals living with anxiety, depression, or bipolar disorder, as well as their loved ones. The organization was founded through a collective desire to provide better support for those affected and their families. Today, Relief continues to rely on the active participation of its members to pursue its mission and expand its impact.

Being a member of Relief means contributing to the democratic life of the organization and supporting its ongoing development. The Annual General Meeting provides members with an opportunity to learn about Relief’s activities, exchange ideas, and share their perspectives.

Relief membership is now free. By becoming a member, you join a community committed to the well-being of people living with anxiety, depression, or bipolar disorder, as well as their loved ones.
