individual self-management support
Individual self-management support is a bilingual service of flexible, accessible one-on-one meetings offered in person or virtually, lasting 50 minutes with 20-minute follow-up telephone sessions. Individual support includes psycho-educational content with exercises available on a digital platform. There are 16 themes to choose from, which can be completed at your own pace to help you regain control over your mental health.
