Bell has selected Relief as a changemaker for mental health in Canada

Today is Bell Let’s Talk day and Relief is proud to join the conversation and to have been selected as a changemaker among the many organizations working to improve mental health in Canada.

Relief is a non-profit organization that has supported individuals living with anxiety, depression, or bipolarity, and their loved ones, for more than 31 years, empowering them to continue moving forward.

We often hear that there are more than 20 000 people on waiting lists to see a psychologist or a doctor despite the availability of free resources and support services. As such, Relief provides a complementary service to therapeutic treatments as well as direct access to a team of mental health professionals. You no longer have to wait. You can take action before, during and after being added to a waiting list.

At Relief, we can change this. We know how to put an end to these numbers and with your help, we can do more now. Here is how you can make a difference:

1. Donate to mental health. Choosing to support Relief's work means empowering someone to move forward. Click here to donate.

2. Organize a fundraising activity and become a caring member of our community. Learn more about how to fundraise for Relief.

3. Take care of your mental health and discover ways to improve your well-being by visiting thediaryoflouise.ca.

4. Encourage your company to make a difference and to create a psychologically safe, healthy and balanced environment. Find out more about Relief for Business or contact Martin Binette via email.
